DownTek™ PFC-Free Bulk Down
DownTek™ PFC-Free Water Repellent Down is down that has been treated with a hydrophobic layer, giving each cluster the ability to repel moisture. Our PFC-Free product is a perfluorocarbon-free water repellent down that uses a bluesign approved chemistry to achieve an unprecedented level of water repellency.
Sustainable Bulk Down
Sustainable Down Source is certified to the responsible down standard by Control Union CU838234. We offer RDS certified regular and DWR down. The Responsible Down Standard (independently) certifies down against animal welfare requirements and tracks it from the source to the final product. Each of our down and feather processing facilities are equipped to test for fill power, down content, and DWR performance. We test a sample from each batch of down produced to ensure quality prior to shipping.

Quality Control
All of our processing facilities are equipped to test for fill power, down content, and DWR performance. We test a sample from each batch of down produced to ensure quality prior to shipping and offer IDFL pre-ship testing for each quality of down we ship that is over 300 kgs. We regularly send samples of DownTek™ PFC-Free to IDFL for rigorous DWR testing to ensure performance. Finally, we send samples of all our products to Bureau Veritas for due diligence chemical testing.
Downtracker
We custom-built a tool that enables our customers to add hang tags to any of their products with a QR code or Lot Number that sends their end-consumers to our interactive platform where they can see exactly how we sourced their down and feathers.
